Waiting for Grace: Name that Pup!

We learn from the description of the second book from GOTY 2015 that Grace Thomas will have a puppy! In Grace Stirs it Up, Grace is
excited to start a new French baking business with her friends, and to have an adorable new dog to train, too! But she quickly learns that both the business and the dog are big responsibilities, especially when her energetic pup has difficulty adjusting to her new home. GOTY does her best to give her pet what she needs to be happy. (Amazon)
While I have already speculated her puppy will be a black and white French bulldog (see my blog post from November 14), we can still guess as to the puppy’s name.

The names of the pets belonging to each GOTY have tended to be closely tied to her interests and passions—sometimes obviously, such as the painter names for Saige’s dog Rembrandt and horse Picasso, sometimes a bit more subtle, such as Kailey’s dog Sandy (this California girl loved the beach) or Kanani’s dog Barksee (another ocean loving girl—note the ending homophone of “see” for “sea”).

Lindsey — Mr. Tiny (a dachshund, not offered)
Kailey — Sandy (golden retriever)
Marisol —Tuck (cat)
Jess — no pet
Nicki — Sprocket (mix breed dog) & Jackson (horse)
Mia — no pet
Chrissa — Starburst (mini-llama)
Lanie — a fox, squirrel and owl from her Wild Life Set & a raccoon & a tan rabbit
Kanani — Barksee (dog) and a Hawaiian Monk Seal
McKenna — Cooper (goldendoodle) and Polka Dot (hamster, not offered)
Saige — Rembrandt (dog) & Picasso (horse)
Isabelle — Tutu (cat)
Grace — a French bulldog?

The obvious choices for names would be anything French and especially anything related to baking, especially French baking.

How about “Bonjour” or “Paris”? Or perhaps something from French history such as “Napoleon”? Back home from her travels, Grace opens her own baking business named La Petite Patisserie, so how about “Truffles” or “Hazelnut” or “Biscuit”?

What do you think will be the pup’s name?
